Click Roads Traffic Exchange Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to get started, earn traffic, and promote your offers.
Quick start: Add your website in the members area,
assign credits to it, enable it, and then surf other members' pages
to earn more credits.
Getting Started
What is Click Roads Traffic Exchange?
Click Roads Traffic Exchange is a traffic exchange for website owners, affiliate marketers,
and online advertisers. Members view one another's pages to earn credits,
then assign those credits to their own sites to receive visitor exposure.
How does a traffic exchange work?
When you use the surf area, you view pages submitted by other members.
After the timer finishes and you complete any required verification,
you receive credit based on your membership level. Credits assigned to
an enabled website are used as that website is displayed in the exchange.
How do I start receiving visitors?
- Log in to your members area.
- Add your website under My Sites.
- Wait for approval if the site is placed in pending status.
- Assign credits to the site and make sure it is enabled.
- Surf member sites or use other available options to obtain credits.
Credits and Surfing
What are credits?
Credits are used to place your websites into the traffic rotation.
As visitors view your site, its assigned credit balance is reduced.
Credits in your account must be assigned to a specific site before
that site can use them.
How many credits do I earn per page?
Your earning ratio and surf timer depend on your membership level.
Check your account or upgrade information in the members area for
the benefits attached to your current level.
Why do I need to select a verification image while surfing?
The verification step helps confirm that a real person is viewing each
page. Choose carefully: correct and incorrect selections may be recorded
as part of your account's surfing activity.
Why has my website stopped receiving traffic?
Confirm that the site is enabled and has credits assigned. A site will
not remain in rotation if it is pending review, paused, suspended, or
out of credits.
Advertising
What can I promote?
You can submit suitable websites, landing pages, affiliate offers, and
other online promotions that comply with the Click Roads Traffic Exchange terms. Pages
must work correctly inside the surf system and must not contain
prohibited, misleading, harmful, or illegal material.
Can I advertise with banners or text ads?
Yes. Where available in your account, you may submit banner ads and text
ads. Assign the appropriate impressions and enable the ad so it can enter
rotation. Advertising limits may vary by membership level.
What do the advertising statuses mean?
-
Pending: Waiting to be reviewed or activated.
-
Enabled: Eligible for rotation when credits or
impressions are available.
-
Paused: Temporarily stopped by the member.
-
Suspended: Stopped by an administrator and not
eligible for rotation.
Are visits, clicks, leads, or sales guaranteed?
No. Click Roads Traffic Exchange provides advertising exposure and member visits, but
individual engagement, sign-ups, and sales cannot be guaranteed.
Clear headlines, fast-loading pages, focused offers, and strong calls
to action generally produce better results.
Membership and Accounts
What are the benefits of upgrading?
Upgraded memberships may include a better surf ratio, a shorter timer,
larger advertising limits, and monthly credits or impressions. Available
features depend on the selected membership level.
Why is my account unverified?
You may need to complete email verification. Check your inbox and spam
folder for the verification message, and make sure the email address on
your account is correct.
Why might an account or advertisement be suspended?
Suspension may occur when activity or advertising does not follow site
rules, creates a security concern, or requires administrator review.
Please review the terms and contact support if you believe a suspension
was made in error.
Where can I get more help?
Log in and use the support options available in your members area.
Include your username and a clear description of the issue, but never
send your password.
